Accessibility statement
Last updated Eylül 17, 2026.
Ideal Solutions Media and Technology Ltd is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or speech input.
How accessible this site is
This site has been built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means every function can be reached with a keyboard, focus is always visible, text meets contrast requirements, headings describe the structure of each page, images carry alternative text where they convey meaning, and form fields are properly labelled with errors described in words.
Animation is limited and respects the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.
Known limitations
- Documents published before this statement may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide an accessible version.
- Content embedded from third-party services is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Telling us about a problem
If you find something on this site you cannot use, email contact@idealsolutions.uk and describe the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix genuine barriers promptly.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, the Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010. You can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
How we test
We test with keyboard navigation, automated auditing tools and a screen reader. Testing happens when the site changes, not only at launch.
